What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, company (if given) and the details of your brief. If you email us directly we receive whatever your email contains.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if we work together, run the project. We never sell your details or add you to mailing lists.

Where it is kept

Form messages are delivered to our business email account, hosted by our web and email provider. Analytics data is processed by Google. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and for normal business records, then delete them.

It sets cookies (named _ga) that last up to two years and records things like the pages you view, your approximate location and the device you use. IP addresses are anonymised. We don’t use advertising cookies, and we never sell your data.

If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with the cookie settings link in the footer. Google’s own privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
